Our phenomenal outdoor living space features a large, fully screened terrace, electric heated pool, shaded outdoor dining table , gas grill, chairs and lounges. Relax by the pool or sit on the veranda and watch the fish frolic. Alternatively, jump straight into action and enjoy fishing from the dock (we provide complimentary fishing rods and a fishing license is easily purchased on the internet). Due to the western exposure of this property, you can enjoy Florida's sun all day, and, in the evenings, delight in the picturesque sunset views from the secluded, tropical backyard terrace. The open concept living space features an oversized sitting room with sliding glass doors that open to the private terrace, pool, and canal at the back of the home. A Flat screen TV with cable package, DVD player, and Free WiFi is included.

The bright, open plan kitchen features full size appliances as well as an array of small appliances, dishes, glassware and silverware. Villa Bonaire has plenty of room for dining and entertaining. The laundry room is located off the kitchen and includes a full sized washer, dryer and pantry.

Our tastefully decorated master bedroom includes a king size bed, flat screen TV, dressers, two walk in closets and sliding glass doors that lead to the pool and terrace. The ensuite master bathroom features dual sinks, vanity desk as well as a soaking tub and walk in shower. The two guest bedrooms each include a queen size bed, dresser, walk in closet, and flat screen TV. Both guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house to the master suite, offering privacy for all guests. The guest bathroom has a full size bathtub/shower combination with an exterior door that opens to the terrace and pool.

The garage opens and closes via electric doors and accommodates two cars. Smoking inside the Villa Bonaire is not permitted, but feel free to smoke on the terrace or outside.
